Joining the university program offered by AFS Philippines allows youth to prepare for the challenges of our connected and globalised world. Plus you can learn how to speak the English language! According to the Maps of World Website, Philippines is one of the Top 3 English Speaking Countries in the World with 92.58% score. Students from different parts of the world can study conversational English while enjoying the paradise-like destinations in the country.
AFS PHI’s university program is made possible in partnership with several host schools in country. Amongst which are La Salle University Ozamis, Ateneo de Cagayan, University of San Jose-Recoletos, Bicol University and many others.
Students are allowed to take a maximum of 15 units considering their choice of study, (i.e. Bachelor in Arts/International Studies, Bachelor in Science/Biology, Engineering, etc.).
Because most of the universities have their school uniforms, we recommend that participants will bring with them white socks and a pair black school shoes.
